Calling is the quickest route to a price. Say what is happening, roughly when the tank was last pumped if you know, whether there is a riser or the lid has to be found, and the address. The crew gives a range on the phone and a firm number before anything is opened.
For an inspection, say the closing date and whether the county file has been pulled; the crew books the visit to fit the due-diligence window and sends the report to you and, if you want, your attorney or agent.
If a call is not convenient, send the form with the address and a line about the problem. A photo of the wet patch or the lid helps. Backups and alarms: call rather than write.
